Professional Sample Procurement Protocol

At Dedo Leather Works, we believe that the tactile experience is essential to selecting the perfect material for your project. To assist in your decision-making process, we offer a professional sampling service designed to put our premium hides directly in your hands. To ensure efficiency and accuracy, all requests must include either the specific SKU number or the exact color name of the desired leather. Please note that generalized requests cannot be fulfilled, as precision is required to match your specific needs.

Our sampling policy is structured as follows:

• Complimentary Samples: We provide up to 4 free samples, available to you 2 times per calendar year.

• Shipping & Logistics: Free samples are shipped via USPS First Class without a tracking number. Please provide a PO Box if the Post Office does not deliver directly to your location.

• Inventory Limitations: We cannot send multiple samples of the identical leather, nor can we provide samples for pre-cut listings, scrap, exotic leathers, or hair-on hides.

• Availability: Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee that a specific leather will remain in stock by the time your sample arrives.
