For all standard orders, you will receive an automated notification containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time. This transparency is a cornerstone of our service, providing you with the peace of mind that your investment is in transit. However, please note that for our complimentary sample service, items are dispatched via USPS First Class without a tracking number. This allows us to keep the sampling process accessible and efficient for our clients worldwide. To ensure a seamless delivery, we kindly ask that you provide a PO Box if the Post Office does not deliver directly to your physical home or business address.
